About VALT

Health data today is beyond scattered. Your sleep sits in one app, your labs in a portal, your records in a system from another decade, and almost none of it talks to the rest. The signal is there. It just never lands in one place.

I have used wearables personally and worked in wearable research for many years. Over that time I have watched third party dashboards come and go, and new hardware rise to popularity and fade, while the data underneath stayed locked in its own silo.

There is no one size fits all in health. The same number can mean very different things for two people. We are building the version we wanted to exist: you bring whatever you already use, the data stays yours, and we do more with it than any single device can.

We are based in the Bay Area, small and still early, and we build alongside researchers, doctors, and coaches to keep the work rigorous and grounded in evidence.
