A note from the founder

Health data today is scattered and mostly useless. Your sleep is in one app, your labs in a portal, your records in a system from another decade, and none of it talks to the rest. None of it ever comes together where it could actually help.

I spent years using wearables and working in wearable research. The tools kept changing, and every one did the same thing: showed you your numbers in nicer charts and left you to make sense of them yourself.

Closing that loop is the whole point of VALT, and the harder part. Gathering your vitals, sleep, labs, training and lifestyle into one vault is only the start. From there we read all of it together to show what is changing, how you are aging, and what to actually do about it.

There is no one size fits all in health. The same number can mean opposite things for two people. You bring whatever you already use, your data stays yours, and we turn it into real insight instead of another readout.

We are a small, early team in the Bay Area, building with researchers, doctors and coaches to keep the technology honest. Give VALT a try and tell us what you think.
